Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
A1: For items we have in stock, MOQ is negotiable; For items need to be customized , MOQ will be 50 cartons (or depends on your items).
Q2: Is it possible to provide free samples to check the quality?
A2: Yes, free samples can be provided to check the quality. You only need to pay the freight cost.
Q3: What's your shipping methods?
A3: For samples, we will choose express such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX and so on. For orders, we will ship by sea or by air, it's up to you, both ok for us. Normally, we will load the goods at Xiamen Port.
Q4: How long will you deliever the goods?
A4: Usually 15-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q5: What's the payment term you can accept?
A5: Normally,the payment term will be 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance should be settled before shipment.
